'Komorebi'

'Komorebi' is a Japanese term used to describe the unique sun spots that are created when harsh sunlight hits the tree leaves. The project is an observational recording of the different patterns these shadows created during the summer of 2024. The original paintings were made using water colour and was later rendered as a short video.
