The history surrounding Daejun's railroad system is one that is filled with tiny personal miracles and political tragedies. 'Rail is Back' is a South Korean mini documentary series that is created by MBC studios; the videos bellow are the animation clips I was commissioned to draw for it. despite its digitised medium, the black and white illustrations and pencil textures give a traditional feeling to the overall piece.
